A delegation of the Pakistan Gemstone and Mineral Association (PGMA), led by its Chairman, met today with the Director Minerals Gilgit-Baltistan, Mr. Muhammad Zubair, and extended heartfelt congratulations on the restoration of his service.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on important matters related to the minerals sector. The delegation highlighted key challenges facing the industry, discussed opportunities for improving business facilitation, and shared recommendations for promoting investment and sustainable growth within the sector.

Both sides also agreed on the importance of strengthening mutual cooperation and maintaining close coordination to address industry concerns effectively.

On the occasion, Director Mines and Minerals Mr. Muhammad Zubair thanked the delegation for their visit and appreciated the constructive role played by the Association. He assured the Association of his continued support and cooperation in future initiatives aimed at the development of the minerals sector in Gilgit-Baltistan.
